Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Your Privacy MattersWe keep the experience simple and respectful.
Digvertise asks only for information that helps us respond to enquiries, generate useful audit results, support consultations and improve our services.
Information We CollectWe collect basic service information you choose to share.
When you contact Digvertise, submit a form, use a free tool, create a Website Growth Analyzer account or apply for a role, we may receive details such as your name, phone number, email address, business name, website address, city, state, enquiry details and portfolio or resume links where relevant. During WGA onboarding, we may also record the login method you choose.
Your WGA AccountYour account keeps your projects, reports and analysis history together.
A personalized WGA account lets you save projects and reports, return to your analysis history, receive relevant recommendations and continue where you left off. Your account details also help us provide smoother sign-in, onboarding help and relevant account support.
Google Sign-InContinue with Google is an optional, convenient way to access your WGA account.
If you choose Continue with Google, Google may provide your name, verified email address, profile image and the information needed to confirm your Google account. Google helps us confirm that it is really you and open the correct WGA account. Digvertise never receives or stores your Google password. WGA does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar or unrelated Google services. We use Google information only for login and account functionality. It is not used for advertising, resale or unrelated profiling. You may choose Continue with Email or Continue with Mobile OTP where available.
Mobile OTPContinue with Mobile OTP is an optional way to sign in with a verified phone number.
If you choose Continue with Mobile OTP, MSG91 is used only to deliver and verify a temporary code. OTPs are short-lived, can be used only once and are not kept in your user profile after successful verification. Your verified phone number supports faster and more secure sign-in. We do not use it for unwanted promotional messages. You may choose Continue with Google or Continue with Email where available.
Why We Ask for Your WebsiteYour website helps WGA create and save useful growth insights.
WGA uses your website address to analyse your website when you choose to start an analysis. It helps us save reports, show progress and provide relevant recommendations. We never start analysing your website just because you added it during onboarding. An analysis starts only when you choose to begin one.
Why We Ask for Your Phone NumberYour phone number supports quick and secure account access.
Your phone number may be used for Continue with Mobile OTP and for relevant account support. We do not use it for unwanted promotional messages. If you separately choose to receive marketing communication, we may contact you according to that choice.
How Our Free Tools WorkAudit tools use the details needed to generate helpful results.
Our free tools review public website or business presence signals where available. The information submitted is used to prepare the result, improve tool reliability and help our team respond when you request support.
How We Use InformationYour details help us respond and improve the service experience.
We use submitted information to reply to enquiries, provide consultation support, review audit requests, follow up on business requirements, process career applications and improve Digvertise.com.
Data SharingTrusted services receive only what they need for a selected function.
We do not sell personal information. We use trusted services like Google and MSG91 only when you choose those sign-in options. Google supports optional Continue with Google, and MSG91 supports optional Continue with Mobile OTP delivery and verification. Hosting and email services help operate the website and send important account emails such as verification and password reset. Each provider receives only the information needed for that function, not your full WGA account profile.
New-User SupportOur authorized team may receive basic details to help you get started.
After registration and required onboarding are completed, authorized Digvertise team members may receive a basic new-user notification for onboarding and customer support. It may include your name, email, verified phone number, website, optional business name, login method and registration time. This information is used only by authorized Digvertise team members to help you get started and provide account support. The notification never includes passwords, OTPs, password-reset links, session details or Google security information.

Data SecurityWe use practical safeguards for submitted information.
We take reasonable steps to protect account, enquiry and audit information. Passwords use secure protection, temporary login codes are short-lived, and secure sessions help protect account access. To help keep your account secure, please do not share your password or one-time verification codes with anyone. If you notice unexpected account activity, contact Digvertise so we can help. Please avoid sharing financial details or confidential documents through public website forms.
